Simply put, this Waffle House is Terrible. It took 10 min before anyone took our drink order. We were one of two party's eating at the time. I never received the coffee I ordered but waitress still tried to charge me. My waffle was burnt. Waitress didn't bother apologizing. Hash browns had a burnt piece of paper in them. The rest of my order came out in pieces. Best part, the entire time our waitress, named Reese, talked on her cell phone, even while serving us. WHO DOES THAT?

"Don't expect out-of-this-world waffles"! One would think that an establishment with the word "waffle" in it would specialize in waffles! Ummmm... not even close! What is the world was that? I think boxed, frozen waffles from a discount store was so much better than that! I don't dine out expecting to have a horrible experience. Unfortunately, my dear readers, I was mortified by this place! I could not wait to leave as soon as I walked in. The only reason why I stayed because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and not be such a food snob. Well, I should have trusted my initial instinct. Oh the food... it was not even average. This seems like a truck stop and I am so glad that I did not bring my daughter here. Anyway, back to the food... the scrambled egg was limp and the waffle was flatter than a pancake... no height, no fluff, so no eat for me! Please, don't even get me started on the customer service... you can only imagine. I will never be back!

Unbelievably filthy where is the health department when you need them? Fridge door left open (see photo) counter on both sides of me filthy with food (see photos) debris, eggshells,syrup, salt and other assorted nasties I wouldn't call mine clean but at least it wasn't obviously littered with food waste. I was there for 20 minutes and no one even wipe down the counter they just left all the food Debris, and sticky syrup all over it. Trash all over the floor the waffle irons look like they hadn't been cleaned in a week (see the picture). Naturally took then more than one try to do it over medium egg and I got my order in bits and pieces so my food got cold while I waited for my entire breakfast. Possibly the worst waffle house in United States the filth was unbelievable. I've seen cleaner restrooms in a truck stop. The health department needs to come in and look at this place in a big hurry.

After reading other reviews I consider myself lucky that we were refused service at this location. As soon as we came through the door the woman behind the counter stated that it would be over 30 minutes before she could wait on us. As we were leaving, a large party of people (only two of us) entered, sat down, and she began to laugh and talk with them. We watched from our vehicle in the parking lot and she was definitely waiting on them. We took our business, money and 20% tip elsewhere.

Bad Bad!!! Never ever answer phone calls for take out!! The place is nasty to the core!! This is the worst Waffle House I have ever been to!! Needs new management ASAP!!!
